Uconnect is a service with various digital products that allows users to remotely control their vehicles and keep them connected with their vehicles and services with many helpful features. This service has been expanded to all FCA brands by applying different brand skins for each brand. I contributed to all the UX, UI enhancement, and accessibility processes of this ongoing project. Although my role is focused on the mobile application, I had a chance to work on the smartwatch app and the website. In particular, I was in charge of the UX design process of certain features such as remote operations, service status, off-road pages, connected personal account, trip and driving reports, and location.
